Morning
Coffee at Aspen Perk Cafe, then hike the Meyer Ranch loop — wildflower meadows, aspen groves and lodgepole forest with mountain views. In winter, it's the best sledding hill on the Front Range.
Afternoon
Drive six miles to Staunton State Park for 3,000 acres of trails, rock climbing and a waterfall, or hike an hour to Maxwell Falls — a gorgeous cascade hidden in the pines.
Evening
