Explore Colorado is a travel and relocation guide operated by OUTRIGGER ADVISORY GROUP, LLC, doing business as Explore Colorado. Explore Colorado does not provide local residential brokerage services and is not your real estate agent.

Who coordinates introductions

Broker introductions requested through this site are coordinated through eXp Commercial by Amber Pember, MBA, a real estate broker licensed in Colorado. The broker agency relationship is with eXp Commercial, working with E2 Exits.

How referral fees work

If you are introduced to a local broker and later buy, sell, or lease through that broker, a written broker-to-broker referral fee arrangement may apply. That fee is paid by the local broker out of their commission. It is never added to your price and never charged to you.

What an introduction is, and is not

Submitting the relocation form does not create an agency relationship with Explore Colorado or with the coordinating broker, does not obligate you to work with anyone, and does not guarantee that a broker match will be made. You are always free to choose any broker, or none.

Our promise
