- To connect you with a local real estate broker when you ask us to — this means sharing your name, contact details, and stated preferences with the receiving broker.
- To respond to inquiries (advertising, Local Lens, contact).
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
Who we share it with
- Service providers: our website, forms, and email run on a customer-relationship platform (currently HighLevel) that processes data on our behalf.
- Referred brokers: only when you submit a relocation request, and only what's needed to make the introduction.
- Commerce & fulfillment partners: if you buy merchandise.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Email & texts
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. If you provide a phone number, we may contact you about the specific request you made; reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the contact page. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing; we honor verified requests.
